Hi,
We’re gonna use GP9 for our quadcopter in order to be able to figure out where exactly our robot is. The question is that is this module that accurate to give us the exact position with a negligible error while the robot would fly for 10 minutes in a 100m2 field? Can we get the almost exact relocation and position changes out of it?
The second question is: what is exactly the external GPS as it was mentioned in the description? Which GPS should we use? What is its part number?
Thank you
The GP9 has a built-in GPS and doesn’t need an external module. How much accuracy do you need on position? The accuracy of the GPS on the GP9 depends on the quality of the GPS lock. With a consistent satellite constellation, the GPS is typically accurate to within 3 - 4 meters CEP.
